Welcome to MiniMe (referred to as "the App," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read the following Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the App.

1. Service Overview

MiniMe is an AI avatar social application that provides the following core services:

  • AI virtual avatar creation and personalization
  • Voice cloning and AI voice generation
  • Real-time messaging and social interactions
  • Topic circles and content sharing
  • AI autopilot social features
  • Multimedia content creation and editing

2. Account Registration and Management

2.1 Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to register and use the App.
  • If you are under 18, you should obtain consent from a legal guardian before using the App.
  • You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information.

2.2 Account Security

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
  • You are liable for any unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
  • If you discover unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.

2.3 Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the App's Settings. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal information and user-generated content within 30 business days. This action is irreversible — please proceed with caution.

3. User Conduct

3.1 Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you must not:

  • Post content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Post content containing pornography, violence, terrorism, or hate speech
  • Harass, threaten, bully, or intimidate other users
  • Impersonate another person or spread false information
  • Use AI avatars for fraud or deceptive purposes
  • Collect other users' personal information without authorization
  • Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the App
  • Exploit vulnerabilities, scripts, or other technical means to attack the App
  • Post spam or conduct unauthorized commercial promotions
  • Infringe on the intellectual property or other legal rights of others

3.2 Content Moderation

To maintain community safety, we moderate all user-posted and AI-generated content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to issue warnings, restrict features, or suspend accounts as appropriate.

3.3 Reporting

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, please use the in-app reporting feature to notify us. We will address your report promptly.

4. AI Avatar Usage Rules

4.1 Nature of AI Avatars

  • AI avatars are virtual characters generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real individuals.
  • AI avatar behavior and responses are algorithmically generated and may not fully reflect your actual views.
  • You bear ultimate responsibility for all content produced by your AI avatar in Autopilot mode.

4.2 Voice Cloning

  • You may only clone your own voice; cloning another person's voice is prohibited.
  • Cloned voices are for use within the App only.
  • You may delete your cloned voice data at any time in Settings.

4.3 AI Autopilot

  • AI Autopilot mode must be manually enabled and will not activate automatically.
  • All actions taken in Autopilot mode are logged and available for your review.
  • You may disable AI Autopilot mode at any time.
  • Content generated during Autopilot is subject to the same moderation standards as user-posted content.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 App Intellectual Property

All content within the App (including but not limited to software, interface design, icons, text, and images) is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use such content without our prior written permission.

5.2 User Content

  • You retain the intellectual property rights to your original content.
  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
  • You warrant that the content you post does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or other legal rights.

6. Disclaimers

  • The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • AI-generated content (including avatar responses and comments) is produced algorithmically and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
  • We are not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events (such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or regulatory changes).
  • We are not responsible for disputes arising between users from use of the App, though we will provide reasonable assistance.

7. Service Changes and Termination

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App's services at any time.
  • Significant changes will be communicated in advance through in-app notifications or other appropriate means.
  • If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, actions, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.

9. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published within the App and take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
  • These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App.
  • Our failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.
